I've been a productive little spanner monkey today, treated the prestige with Kurust- my is that a messy job and note to self, if it says wear gloves then do, my hands are now black and look like they may be that way for a while

Got the univega a few steps away from being finished, will post a picture or two in the appropriate thread. Getting excited about Sat. will it be very heavy rain and gales or just heavy rain and high winds oh the excitement!!!!!

Where we're going its not the biblical floods we need worry about more the wind and rain. We're hitting exposed moor and hill top, not much tree cover so windcheater/waterproofs recommended and over shoes, cold feet is not nice

Not actually looking forward to this, more looking forward to rosie afterglow after we've completed it

Cleaned all the GT crud off the Hardrock and I'm even contemplating a wee frame polish but then I know it'll get coated in kack again on the run :roll:

My biggest paranoid fear is the boot lid of ZZ's car to which his bike rack attaches will finally give out on the M6 and our Hardrocks will take out some poor sod behind us :shock:

Remember there is no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes! If we managed glentrool we can do anything.
