Sounds like a crackin day, wish I had been there and I find if you twat them across the head when you pass, the kids get the message and move quickly next time!

The local night rides with walkers would be a great regular run but would also mean that I would be riding with my south-african fundamentalist Christian next door neighbour who is a major twat.

Sorry if anyone reading this is a SA Christian (and therefore a major twat) but it's what everybody thinks anyway............ don't shoot the messenger.


erm where was I ? Yeah bikes are cool but I am getting poorer by the minute...and contentment would be 2 weeks holiday on my own somewhere was with good trails

Just a thought on the Bothy rides you guys... Just because you have found a large bothy don't have too big a group, Bothy decorum is to keep the numbers around 5-6 in a group. Could you imagine slogging miles over the hills, soaking wet with kit to find the bothy full with hairy MacRetro bikers and no room at the Inn?? It won't do the biker vs walker relations any good.

This is in mega limbo. Its my first mountain bike, a 93 V500, I was going to bring it back to the spec it should have been but I'm struggling for enthusiasm. I reckon this may stay a fame on the shelf for ever more. Some new project always skips the line in front of it.

Bothy - well up for it but agree with Si on the numbers

Hope XC hub - I have a nos(02) 36 hole one in red if that is your flavour Kaiser

10 under - I'm up for being part of a team - is meant to be great fun.

MM10 - I'm still on for this but OWMTB will take priority for me as I have few holidays to play with.

Night rides - do one every thursday night - dundee to tentsmuir forest - I could do with something more challenging though so bring it on.

Scottish Retro Roadie meet - My ride isn't really retro but I'll still join in.

Xmas meal - paid up!
