lucky buggers

good reports fellas roll on next week, now to tell the wife ;)

you were oot :) got a puncture though I guess.

Gazz stab in the dark guesstimate for the clockie.....£70? I reckon if you can get what you paid for the prestige and cost of powder then yer quids in.

I have no idea about clockwork values though, in fact many moons ago I recall asking someone for advice..........

Right enough skirting the issue, NIGHT RIDES who's game?

Made it up Glen Etive today after parenting duty was relieved upon return of wife from Edinburgh.

Found a decent bothy which could be useful and a hand circular route. Will post pics later if anyone interested.

Very interested Mr P love that part of the world, could be ideal for the bothy trip thang.

only have one light at the moment where were we thinking as I'm sure my passes for this year are almost gone?

Location is North shore of Loch Etive (the sea  ) More details will follow with route options - may start new "bothy thread" to stop losing stuff in the morasse of MacRetro Gibberish ;)

Deffo an XC venture rather than rabid downhill/tekky descents :D

Hut easily sleeps a dozen, more if need be. Could be persuaded, if landowner allows, to drop off a "stash" via Landrover (firewood and foodstuffs y'understand.. ) prior to visit.

Looks.......brill :D
