should have went to bed cause I think I'm getting "fat-er" :D

Ya bass   that is indeed a very cool cool frame. I was so tempted but I was thinking it may be too big.I'd love a FAT from that era very nice

On another note the unibombers looking good, those forks don't really alter the geo much at all. Should make a fine workhorse :)

Oh dear, you haven't.. (clickety click, checks for sale section)... yes you have! An '86  Period parts build?

Don't have the money for it ZZ but it is rather beautiful and he has a set of orig forks which I'll be having too- no idea what I'm going to do with it ha ha, reckon it will be a true garage queen and even though I have no connection with Mt bikes that early on and even given that the components at that time look a bit brutal/industrial, I think it demands a true period build.

This will make it a slow burner but good thing is the bike could be spec'ed any way the customer wanted BITD so I will have more options I suppose.

Thanks for the reminder to invert the Yo, good bit of moisture in there, the moby will need to go as water gets into the tube via the pin :? so will be looking for a swap with a closed top design in a more matt black colour just for you ;)

Any other colour options for the prestige folks (mind the orange/black combo is killer, just got the decal proofs), will have 3 black bikes at this rate.

Thanks for the tip Jimi and K will get some Kurust today, you ment put the waxoyl can in hot water Kaiser, not the bike :?

aye waxoyl in the bucket of hot water, thats a tip for spray paint too.

gazz period build  the good thing is if you search the stuffs not too expensive from that era certainly cheaper than the mid 90's stuff. Have a look at the cat and mag scans section, someones posted a scan of all the shimano cats. Either that or the Suntour stuff is rather special as well. Think big eck might have a set of bullmoose bars that would work nice.
