New Years resolution will be to give SPD's another go seeing as I have a set of mtb spd shoes gathering dust and the fact that Shimano have created eejit proof cleats that release in any direction should the panic set in

Also if you want to see what sort of modern bike a retrogrouch like myself might actually dream of if cash was no problem then look up a Cannondale Flash Team 2010 spec. Amazing but true, I do actually like some modern kit :shock: Tried to post up a pic/link but computer seems reluctant to comply :?
