In preperation for impending bits, I fitted the headset to the Kona tonight, thought I'd crank on and fit the cranks......bb tool disnae fit :evil: now I know that my old one was for square bb's but this is another one and it still disnae fit. It was the same with the disc brakes rotolock :twisted: Still really looking forward to getting this together. Going to get the stuff to build the wheels on payday, some lovely DT rims and I need to source a rear hope XC to go with the front I've got coming

I have the tool for a hollowtech BB if that is what you need?

no can do on glentress velo but have a blast mate.

naw its a regular spline type. but for isis and octalink they hole in the middle was bigger....but not big enough in this case.

i have the bb tool your needing , got it out of halfords for a tenner , they do a park one for twelve quid too....

In case anyones interested, Dave and I plus others unknown are going to hit Glentress on Saturday around 11am to ride a mixture of trails including the 2 sections of secret single track and the black climb. The unknown are some of Daves superfit friends who are night riding on Friday before doing the red route before 11 as a warm up on the Saturday. Hopefully they will have calmed down by the time Dave and I show up :shock:

Superfit or mental :? Can't make this unfortunately, shame it's no the Sunday...
