ZigZag, if you fancy a a shakedown run partner tomorrow, give me a shout.
Just built up the Trek for Thrunton and it likewise needs a shakedown run, still a wee bit high geared, need to get a 18 tooth freewheel.

Camera phone takes rotten pics but you get the idea

Velo

the tress with no bounce- careful now!

Ah the Trek - Need to get a wee shot of that. Velo, I'll no be getting out to play till mid-afternoon unfortunately, so I'll not be joining you down GT - probably manage a couple of hours around the Pentlands though, break the Shonkjumper in gently.

Oh aye, no. 1 for me too.

Ok I'll call it number 1 then :D , will fire an email off to the ecuire guy and if alls well I'll try to contact gill for some decals. :D

Not going to bother with Glentress today, really need to do stuff around the house so it'll be a blast around my local woodlands :D

Gaz, have you gone soft or something, I always ride Glentress on a rigid or virtually rigid bike, even the black route :D

ZigZag, stumpy was a mishmash of unconnected bits when I bought it, just ride it and grin, aesthetics mean nothing ;)

Kaiser, liking the off road adventures bit, as I've said before, off road touring appeals

Cheers all, enjoy the sunshine,

Velo

Ooh yes, nice find Kaiser. +1 for some of that offroad touring. Cairngorms route looks fantastic, and after Kielder, I'd much rather be training for 80km all day rides than 80km against the clock.
