and to Gazz and others, once the builds are done you're welcome to try them out. they are meant to ridden afterall.

No fun here, working all day. Would not be so bad but have had a stinking cold since Thrunton on Thursday night and fell down the stairs this morning when I got up. Now have a swollen knee to add to the mix.

Harrumph

Forgettin' me manners

big welcome JimJim from MacRetro's South o the Border chums in Northumberlandshire
:D

Welcome to the Macretro massive jimjim.

No biking today. Got down to Glentress with daughter on Thursday though, did a couple of loops of the Green before she called it a day. I may be fighting a losing battle there :( But then again, any time spent out in the fresh air with her is good.

Finished building up the SS Shonkjumper. 36/21 for the gears, possibly a bit spinny, but I'll get out tomorrow afternoon and give it a proper shakedown - feels OK to the end of the street though, liking the Girvin flexstem in the urban environment.

ZigZag, if you fancy a a shakedown run partner tomorrow, give me a shout.
Just built up the Trek for Thrunton and it likewise needs a shakedown run, still a wee bit high geared, need to get a 18 tooth freewheel.

Thanks Dr. S. Hope you mend fast.

Agree with No.1. Darker blue is better.

Jamis all in parts and cleaned. Need to source 145mm shock, hack up my own mech hanger, get some new bolts as it had 3mm heads hence them all been rounded off by previous owners, and need to service the xverts.

sunn stripped and making up my mind on new colours.

and had a really nice chx and leek pie from the local butchers. yum.
