local run up to the wind farm most likley slow steady climb for 10 km and road run back, pretty boring but gets a sweat up.

OK, so I popped into Velo's second home (Bike Station) on the way home looking for some better brakes for the Dyna, no luck- 1 pair XT canti's but missing a spring. Ended up with an ATAC stem though. Guess the price, go on....

Cheers, but have decided to stick with canti's, keep it period correct and v's would make it too easy!
Can't ake it too easy for the modern mincers at GT!! That redmist must be earned...
Although I've found some Suntour self energisers on Ebay, rear only and still canti's so my conscience isn't too disturbed!
