ZigZag, the mech will do 6 or 7 or even 8 speed, its the shifters that are limited to the number of gears they can do.
Doh! That makes perfect sense now that I actually think about it  The XCD kit is in better nick than what's currently on the 'Hopper, so I'll be bamping that on there instead.

Gazz, was this when you found the mysterious English hamlet where Star Bars are still made to the original 400 year old recipe?

sounds like you are just run down and the diet will not be helping things si

They say that laughter is the best medicine, so here is a picture of my attempt to transform my orig clockwork to a yo via a dodgy paintjob.

I can't decide if its street mime or straight out beggin.

I'd actually caught my shorts on the sign and was requesting some help from the, as was then girlfriend. Your right velo we had ridden from Manchester bound for Edinburgh and the village was called starbottom almost starbar

I carried the luggage she brought along the jugs seemed a good deal at the time

Lookin' good Gaz!! cheered me up no end.

Which one did you buy? Thinking about investing in one myself, thinking it'll be the only way I'll get to a decent level of fitness in time.

This old school mtb'ing is getting addictive, already thinking where can I get this weekend thats train accessible although Pentlands is always an option.
Anyone fancy an afternoon bit of biking either Saturday or Sunday. Was considering finally trying out Blair Adam wood by Dunfermline or Lommond hills behind Glenrothes, this all depends of course on weather and if I get paid this Friday

Failing that Pollock is another option but cannot rally do morning unless its late as I have to go medicate some sheep early each morning

Should nobody be free I'll climb aboard the BSA and do some road work

Cycling is fun at the moment despite the weather and ME

Cheers Velo

How much would it cost to get it painted in aqua fade si?
Is the press in bb a pain in the ass?k

I'd leave it yellow or maybe do it Grellow- aquafade has been done to death, plus hairy fook face has one.

The press-in BB are no problem. Both mine have them, just fit and forget, never get loose and if they do go just get a kit from Rody ($45 for bearings and new collars and C- clips. The bearings in my black Fat are original- 22 years old and still going strong.

Anyway, stop mincing about and get it bought!!
