Bit of orange fade action in the man cave thismorning

Actually looking at that pic i think the orange needs to go further onto the top and downtubes if it's to match your other one, think it needs to be halfway between the bottom bracket shell and the lower bottle cage bolt on the downtube and a few inches forward of the cablestop on the top tube, about the same distance from the headtube at the front.

It's easily adjusted though

looks the business jimi you the man I might borrow that thread thang from you too, I'm pretty shite at this small engineering jobs . Selling the rigid forks so need to get the pace ones sorted.

its not flat thats the first problem

once youve got it flat use the file at a 90degree angle to give it a start for the nut . usually only a rasp is necessary all the way around
