Hmmm...according to the late great Sheldon Brown's gear calculator the fixie has 69.7 gear inches as opposed to the bred's 51.9. Looks like I'm gonna be a walkin' up them thar hills.

Had a 2hr road run today and the weather was amazing, the Muddy Fox was really good to- pretty fast and very unforgiving.
