Then there was another just as we got up to speed again.
Not satisfied at this escape from death, just at the top of the steps his light failed. It looked like this

My preferred choice of brake lever is Avid, not Islabike
The best Avids for my little delicate hands are 1.9's, the later levers are nice but these are nice with V brakes but seem almost made for discs, well cable discs like my BB5's and 7's . They work great.
