Hi Rob,

Easy to swap out the spokes yourself, getting the correct length of spokes is the main thing and the same size of nipples (or reduce spoke length with long nipples).. If it's a disc brake bike, there will likely be 4 different lengths across the 2 wheels. you could lace it up yourself and true it with a truing stand and dishing tool.. Or just lace it up yourself and give it to your local bike shop to true and dish (or travel further to specialist wheel builder, such as wheelcraft or wheelsmith but shouldn't be necessary with a competent bike shop).
