Wanted Lugged forks 1" or Pace RC30

Hi,
for my current project, I am looking for a lugged fork (for 26") with:

• 1" steerer, 21cm length
• canti bosses
• nice fork crown
• some brazeons or rack mounts would be nice

Alternatively, an original Pace RC 30 (the black Reynolds one) would be nice. Specs as above...
