Lug stamp/marking, anyone recognise?

Hi all.
I've recently been stripping the 1990s paint off my 1950 Holdsworth and I noticed a faint Chater Lea stamp in the rear track ends / drop outs. Which I wasn't expecting as they looked like Holdsworth track ends.
I also noticed this stamp (photo below) in the bottom bracket, I appreciate it's rather faint, but wondered if anyone knew what it was? I assuming a manufacturer?

RGD are the folks that made the bb shell,these are found on many decent quality frames from the period but provide no real clue as to the framemaker.

Thanks for the info guys, I've just googled RGF bottom brackets and learnt a little more.
