Some newer racks come with mounting brackets that sandwich between the qr skewer and the fork (Minoura Gamoh junior) https://www.urbanbikewear.com/en/components/smal-parts-for-bikes/spare-parts/gamoh-rack-bracket.html

For any other racks without, get yourself some rubber lined jubilee clips and fashion a mount for the bottom of the forks.

Ignore the price in that ad, the kind Retrobike community have educated me. I must rethink that.
