Looking for 25.4mm compact handlebar

Hi guys,

I'm building a modern-ish bike based on a retro-ish frame.
It has a 1' threaded headset and I'd like to keep the quill stem, but I am unsure what handlebar to match it with.
I want to use modern aero brakes, and have them level with the top of the handlebar, so I need a modern handlebar.
I was told what I am looking for is a "compact" handlebar, but I can see that term is also used to identify some handlebars with a traditional bend and a smaller drop.
Do you know of any handlebars that satisfy the requirements above? Nothing too expensive, if possible

This sort of thing? There are a few options with a 26,0 mm clamp area, but 25,4, I doubt it

I guess that 26 is OK. I can get a 26mm stem

I had been looking a month ago, so remembered these. Soma is expensive but available in silver.

I see that SJS has two handlebars in 25,4. A Zoom and a Soma but are older shapes

Yes, the Soma is a bit expensive, but the Deda is priced quite low.

It is, but it has no cable grooves.
