I use this for ride to work,

and I occasionaly forget myself on corners or roundabouts. Last time I heard grinding noise from front rim :shock: ,but still haven't fall. Knock wood!

Re. the weidest puncture one from inside in many places from a shop bought bike where the rim tape was not fitted properly and the spoke nipples pierced the tube.
