Look MI-960...an American cousin of the MI-90? I need help

One of my dreams was a quadruple butted steel pipe. A frame with Ishiwata tubing or better yet, a Look Mi-90.
I found this one, but it's Look MI-960!!!
I do not know anything about her. I can't find any information. I wrote to Look and they passed me by like someone plagued
In any case I wasn't going to lose it after a few years looking for it. Imagen9.webp

I have the Look catalogs from 1991 to 2000...the Mi-90 look appears in '91. The Look MI-960 in no catalog. I attach photos of some MI-90 from the internet 1_f.webp 15_f.webp

Let's see, the decoration is basically the same. Includes the welder's initials. The decal of the tube model is the same!!
The MI-90 and MI-960 logos are similar but something is wrong: the "0" is different, more "round"
The cable stops are different: On the MI-960 they go together above the horizontal tube, on the MI-90 they go 2 on the side of the horizontal tube and the front derailleur on the diagonal tube
Peugeot's internal welding is the same.
What is this!!!!

The only thing I could find out is that it belonged to an American boy who went to study in Barcelona and when he finished his studies he sold it in a store and left.
And that makes me wonder if it wasn't a special edition for the U.S. market. Brands sometimes did things like that.
The serial number BI0489 doesn't tell me anything. I don't think it's from '89 when the MI-90 came out in 1991.
By the way, it has a small guide tube for the rear cantilever cable on the left side that the MI-90 did not have.

Look answered!!!
Well, we have been there for more than 1 month, I suppose that in another 3 months I will know something and in 1 year I may get some answer
It doesn't matter, we Spaniards are used to suffering from public administration and its response times. We will wait patiently

Jokes aside, this is good news.

"Hello Juanjose,

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

As it was still not raining in Madrid this afternoon, I took advantage of the opportunity to start building the Look Mi-960, even though I had already been preparing it for some time
I removed all the decals from the shops and some in bad condition like the front badge
The truth is that after cleaning it I saw that the paint was quite good and it is not worth repainting. I polished it and it has recovered its shine and the original decals are more valuable than the replicas, so I leave it original

The fork is another story, it was repainted with spray paint, so I stripped it and repainted it
I found some original Ritchey Logic stickers, which helped a lot with its reconstruction

I have removed the rack threads, I didn't like them in the 90s and I don't like them now
The group is something I really wanted, a Suntour XC Pro

I think I mentioned a month ago that I wanted to start putting more European material on my bikes, so I chose 3ttt for the stem (Pro Light) and handlebars (Pro compe). I think it's a nice set
The tires are Hutchison Rock-X Country, one of my favorites in the 90s and one that I kept with love for decades
The rims are also European, some very rarely seen Rigida CTX 510 with a nice color.

The bad thing about the Hutchinson is that they have front/rear position but they only have the logo on one side... that looks a bit strange.
On the bikes with canti's the problem was braking, so I respect the position of the front wheel and at the same time it improves the grip in curves. I have also seen that putting that position in the back seems to give better traction even if they wear out sooner (well, since I will hardly use it...)

Another steel in my family and this one is peculiar with its quadruple butting
