Look MI-960...an American cousin of the MI-90? I need help

One of my dreams was a quadruple butted steel pipe. A frame with Ishiwata tubing or better yet, a Look Mi-90.
I found this one, but it's Look MI-960!!!
I do not know anything about her. I can't find any information. I wrote to Look and they passed me by like someone plagued
In any case I wasn't going to lose it after a few years looking for it.

Let's see, the decoration is basically the same. Includes the welder's initials. The decal of the tube model is the same!!
The MI-90 and MI-960 logos are similar but something is wrong: the "0" is different, more "round"
The cable stops are different: On the MI-960 they go together above the horizontal tube, on the MI-90 they go 2 on the side of the horizontal tube and the front derailleur on the diagonal tube
Peugeot's internal welding is the same.

The only thing I could find out is that it belonged to an American boy who went to study in Barcelona and when he finished his studies he sold it in a store and left.
And that makes me wonder if it wasn't a special edition for the U.S. market. Brands sometimes did things like that.
The serial number BI0489 doesn't tell me anything. I don't think it's from '89 when the MI-90 came out in 1991.
By the way, it has a small guide tube for the rear cantilever cable on the left side that the MI-90 did not have.
