Longer linkage -> Consequences for travel,geometry,angel?

Which is why BETD recommend uprating the spring/shock.
 
Hej there, many thanks! That's really helpful. I googled a lot for any manual of BETD but did not find anything. I already mailed them but that takes more time, I guess. Does anyone of you have a manualn or sth like that?
 
They weren't too specific but you need to increase the spring rate rather than the stroke of the shock i.e. if you increase the travel from 3" to 4" that is a 33% increase so increase say a 450lb spring to a 600lb give or take.

I am sure a clever person will consider leverage ratios etc but by the time you take into account personal preferences etc it will be a lot easier to adjust an air shock.
 
The angle of the dangle will always cause chaffing if not put on the right side
