A bike I've always wanted is advertised about 10 miles away. Good price, great condition. Dammit.

Hard one. I wonder if you were doing some essential shopping & the seller was also doing some essential shopping at the same supermarket if that would make it acceptable using social distancing?

I agree or meet half way. Seller/buyer could likely walk or jog that far if necessary.

I’m not going to mention whether I’ve in fact travelled or not to collect bikes.

However I’m riding 30-40 miles every other day still and trust me people are still travelling. Wouldn’t even sweat it just be safe.

HMmmm...

It's about 10 miles as the crow flies, but due to a *rather* large bit of water it's about a 20 mile drive

I'm a good boy, so I've asked if they'll take a deposit on it - not hopeful TBH.
