Not sure about Mountain Mayhem but at Dusk 'til Dawn for the last couple of years Lumicycle have been doing the light hire. You have to register with them before the event and then pick them up at the venue. Last years details are here: http://www.lumicycle.com/product/182/co ... -event.htm
