Heres my 653 Harry Quinn, swapped with my Dad for an old Klein Rascal, resprayed relatively recently by Mercian. Its got a Dura Ace 7402 rear mech on now and a Thomson post. It works as my daily commuter and enjoys occasional jollys to Southwell and back.

Those handlebars are ace, is that stem lugged?

They were cast like that to imitate the lugged style. GB were doing the same in the UK:
