Tesco used to be a good source. I once got a dozen chains for about 60p each. Some of the bargain shops eg home bargains, very occasionally have interesting stuff.

Local Tesco Xtra (Large store) doesn't even have puncture repair kits!

I'd only use a rema tiptop repair kit - probably the most expensive, but I'm only going to have to fix it once.
You can buy strips of rema patches too if your solution is still good.

To be fair, I have loads of patches, it's the solution that's always dried out or full of air, which is the main reason I buy a repair kit
