To camp at any site in that area would be £20 per night so it's a bargain.
I also think it will turn out to be a great event.

I'm in for the 50 miler,noticed on the rules it appears to say that only tyres of up to 20mm width are allowable,i've tried to email using the contact details on the website but it's come straight back undelivered,anyone have a contact number as i cannot seem to find one anywhere?

I think it says wheel 'profiles' of under 20mm are allowed. i.e. the height of the rim - this is to make sure no modern aero rims are allowed. Don't remember seeing anything about tyre widths?

That's rims. I'll be fitting fat tyres as 25% of the 100 mile route is off road.

I have a spare place I can pass on for £55 if anyone is interested. It's registered for the 55 mile ride but I imagine any distance will be an option on the day.
