It was heartening to hear Tinker Juarez finished second in The Rock Cobbler a few days ago(8th),a super tough gravel race. What a guy.Any other legends still ripping it up?Is Tim Gould still kicking ass in cyclocross?

Any pictures of that?
Not that I don't believe you, just curious what Tinker looks like these days

I bet JT rides his bikes just outside his farm every now and then ;)

Re:

Tim Gould is still kicking ass in National Trophy vet50 cx races and xc Mtb races, as well as still doing the Three Peaks race, sponsored by Zepnat.

Tim Davies is still doing the same I think.

Crawford Carrick Anderson who I remember from years back, is still racing cx & Mtb (and his young 'uns have Inherited his racing genes from the looks of it too).

Plenty more besides I'm sure....

Re:

These guys and girls that are still doing it, is it their full time profession - or now just a 'hobby'? They've done well to maintain this as a career if so

Re:

I think most of the Legends that still dabble in racing do so on a more amateur basis and usually have day jobs (often within the cycling industry).
Some of them took a break from racing, probably after their cycling career "peak" and then got back into it years later once families/careers had settled down a bit.
Some of them just never stopped racing.

I don't know which is more hard-core tbh, takes a lot to get your mind & body into shape and reach the podium again, equally hard to keep motivated and keep your racing head on for decades!

CCC is indeed still flying in cx. Somehow ended up gridded next to him at MoCross last year. Needless to say didn’t stay next to him for long.

Tracey Mosely still doing a few races and events these days too.

Nick Craig still racing.

Heard a rumour that Tim got flagged on strava for some of his offroad segments "Must be using an e-bike."

Nah mate, he's just significantly faster than you....
