Lawrence bikes (anyone heard of them?)

looking for something lightweight and with gears for when my knee gets better (18 months so far, now on yet another waiting list). Came accross this and was wondering if anyone knew anything about them?

Is that bike titanium? It looks nice but I've never heard of them.
