Does anyone have any old manitou forks from 97-1999 that are worn out or broken etc.I think any sx sx/ti,fs,fs/ti infact anything with 28.6 or .8 stanchions will do even the pre oil spring type will do.Need to be bolt in stanchions.willing to part with cash.Thanks.

What do they come off?
I am going to make a hybrid fork as people keep telling me that my steerer on my mars is to light and old to use and may fail :shock: I have just inspected it and there is some slight marks in the anodizing and it looks like fatigue :shock: I have measured up the stanchions on my fs/ti c1997 and everything is the same size
so a crown and steerer will be a good start.I just want to keep my lowers as they are colour matched.Cheers.
