Hey, does anyone know the year of the red KOA? Plus if KOA was the entry level aluminum for that year but which bikes above it?

I used to have a grey/silver'ish' AA with yellow same typeface graphics as KOA also my 97 LAVA DOME green with yellow likewise. So what year was my AA?

Anyone =)

Here's a 96 Koa and a 95 AA - ring any bells?

The 96 Koa was double-butted generic 7005, fairly similar frame to the Muni-Mula I should imagine, although the catalogue claims weights of 3.8 and 3.6. The AA and the Kula were made of Easton Elite (3.5 and 3.4! Could just be marketing hype).

Also my AA had same loud yellow graphics like my 97 LAVA DOME, as I recall was lighter gray coloured easton elite on frame, are these both also later 97 bikes?
On the right track though =)
The decal style changed from year to year, Carl's Koa is a 97 and the 96 ones were half way between 95 and 97. If your AA had 97 decals, it was a 97 bike.
