After replying to this thread with DeKerf, I went on the bay and ffs, done it again...... bought a Chis Dekerf built Chromag Surface I was meant to be casually looking on behalf, not buying another project!

What about an early On-One inbred?

I came to say the same thing. I had one of the original 853 frames and it was lovely. Sold it for very little when I moved house and to this day it’s still the only bike I regret getting rid of. Very underrated bike.
