Kona Nuna Advice

I have a Blue 1997 Kona Nunu that I have owned from new. I am replacing the Bottom Bracket, 22,32,42 rings and cassette plus chain. Could you recomend the best cost effective parts to use and a supplier? Is the gearing OK to put back the same or are people using different gearing these days?

It all depends on your budget, but you can't go wrong with buyig your parts from here http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/ Quick delivery too! You could just stick with Shimano Deore which is fine stuff just not that light! SLX or maybe XT?
