I measured it multiple times with my digital caliper. I'll try one and see what happens.

I ran it with a 27.0, which is what it came with. Whilst not specifically listed on the Sheldon Brown website there are plenty of other '98 aluminium Kona frames that are all 27.0: https://www.sheldonbrown.com/seatpost-sizes.html

Tyres arrived today. I've gone for Nobby Nic front and back. Both 2.1.
Although not period, they'll do nicely I think.

Just waiting on the last few parts to turn up. Cables, etc.

First world problems... the valve and the rim label aren't exactly opposite each other. So what do I align the tyre lettering with? Hmmmmm
