I'd ride it, I've ridden worse. Absolute bargain even with dent.
Might even be able to roll it out.
Look at the line of the top tube in the non-drive pic, doesn't appear to be any deflection of the tube as a whole, so frame alignment is probably fine.
Never see deals on my size of good steel Kona over here, grumble, whine.

I couldn't live with the dent. My eyes were drawn to it and the shame of damaging such a nice frame was eating away at me so it's got to go.
