Hi did you receive my pm? How is the seatpost/seattube? From the outside it looks like its been dredged from the bottom of a canal, is there much internal rot

Do you know the problem with forums like this is that people get so worked up about the RULES and how it should be done.

Yeah that, and the fact that you posted in the FOR SALE section with a bike with no sale price, no description and no pictures. Did you really think that it wouldn't wind a few people up!

The rules ARE a bit of a pain in the ass sometimes (we've all been caught out by them at one point or another) but they are there to make posting on the forum as hassle-free as possible.

You made a bit of a schoolboy error by throwing all your toys out of the pram when this was pointed out to you and you've probably cost yourself a few potential sales as people in general would much rather buy kit from someone who seems like a decent chap rather than someone who resorts to abusive little comments when someone points out that he is at fault.

Ebay it

Reckon you should just e bay it fella, you will get the value that some one is willing to pay for it, you will also have to abide by the rules of ebay but you wont get people pointing that out to you as ebay is a business and not a forum.

Cheers-just seems to me forums can be full of people with too much time on their hands and a willingness to point out the obvious whilst bypassing the sense of humour.If i have wound anyone up ,ok not best way to sell bike,but i think if you look at first post,you'll see i said i have no idea of the value of this bike,was kind of relying on the people who know this kind of stuff to come to the party.

OK bike is as described earlier. £220 for the bike,its tatty but mechanically very good,i wouldn't ride it if it wasn't.If thats too expensive for you,make me a sensible offer.
Forgot to mention it has brand new Kona nothreadset in red (may have another new one sitting in my workshop toffers?

If no-one is interested i will break if i have too but would rather not.
