Why I sell it :
to raise new funds for the future .... too much bikes / stuffs .... different job plans due to " coronavirus " emergency

It's got bullet stays so it is at least a 93'. Only real way of really knowing if it's a 94 is by measuring the geometry to see if it's suspension-corrected. But from the short seat tube and serial# I would tend to agree it's a 1994 with 93' replacement decals.

I think that the short seat tube extension models were for 1995 only. The bullet stays came in for '94 but that year had the regular size st extension. Does anyone know why they were that shape just for one year? Different builder perhaps? Great frame

94 saw a mixture of high/low seat tube extension, maybe due to using up pre-cut stock...i remember it being questioned back in the day and theres various post on RB regarding it as well.
