Kona Hei Hei 1991 or 1992? Pre-Bullet Frame (Or Not a Kona At All?)

This Hei Hei isn't mine yet, but hopefully .

For the more discernible eyes out there:

Do you know what year this frame may be? With the catalogs I cannot tell between 1991 or 1992.

Condition of the frame? About a 7/10? 6/10? Some screwy clamp marks on the seat tube there below the black clamp...

Parts - inspiring or not? I am interested in the frame only, but the seller obviously wants to sell the whole bike.

Value? What's the street price for you; your fair market value? The "I will get out of bed for this price and drive two hours to pick it up".

These are the only pictures I can wrestle out of the seller at the moment. Will inspect the bike in-person shortly. Thank you.

Hydraulic (Magura?) rear brake, is cool, too bad it's not a matched set. With the lovely curved noodle, I'd consider returning to cantilevers though
