Sorry Mark, I've been running around like crazy, gearing up for my first 1000m+ bike tour in June, trying to get everything in order, I've got more close up pics of the scratches but I was going to get them touched up (you might of noticed the frames pic in the OP are in a spray booth!)

^thanks Rats, I think I might just de-lace them and part them out, hubs, discs, rims, keep the tyres?!
Mark here's a 'before' pic of the chainsuck scratches, it went down to the metal in 2 small spots, the rest is just down to the primer,

I'll post the 'after' pics over the next week, using some Ford metallic paint to touch up, found some really nice pearl paint while searching through

or one size larger than an XL
