Going off the geometry/graphics and the parts on it looks like the mid 00s run of the mill frames, prob around 03/04; Cinder Cone, Caldera, Blast, Kula etc all pretty much the same ally frames just with different components to fit the price point. Good for cheap fun projects since they're not as revered as 90s Kona so it's easy to find them, and they make for an enjoyable ride with little effort.
