So It seems I have an oportunity to buy a mostly complete Klein Pulse comp in Blue.

1stly were they any good and secondly would you buy one at a fair price given the chance?

The bike is a fully original Klein pulse that had the frame swaped for a Klein pulse comp by Kelin after an issue with the paint.

Thanks

Its a Klein, so most will say that if you have the money, get it.

The way to look at it is, if you get it for a good price, build it and dont get on with it, you are unlikely to loose any money on it as they are hugely popular. Not really my cup of tea, but you would have no issues selling again, though that may depend on what the nature of the 'paint issue' is, bearing in mind that the paint is a fairly paramount element of a Klein!

It's a complete bike, and the frame had a paint issue when new so Klein swapped the frame under warrenty the current frame is in excellent condition.

Not an expensive bike, you can pick up a good one for a couple of hundred quid. The were around $700 new. And the only difference between the various models was spec, the frames were the same just different colours.

Good fun to ride though as they have the classic Klein lightness and short stiff rear triangle.

i owned a 97 pulse comp bitd, and sold it just before discovering this site, so have sort a 1998 one, check it out in my sig. I say upto about 200 quid is good money. Good quality frame, worth hanging some good parts on it, klein spec'd tubing welded by trek
