Klein mardi gras

Did they really sell the Attitude with mardi gras paint in 1999 ? I see they didn't after reading more.
Those pedals and reflectors
If one gets rid of all the crap and wrong parts and starts from a bare frame it might become a nice bike, but for the collector I'd say you pay only for the frame.
$5000 is a bit steep, but it seems he might take offers for less.

Crap and wrong parts??
I'd say that's pretty much bone stock how it left the bike shop except for the saddle.

Re:

The parts are not from the right year. Either they put together some mish-mash years to late at the factory or some bike-shop put something together with a frame they couldn't shift for years.

Certainly needs something. At least XT or XTR from the right year. Ringle wouldn't be wrong for other parts.

Its a 1994 XT build. Matches the decal style and lends credibility that it was a frame that sat around at the factory for a while. Syncros post is correct for the 1994 XT build.
