If it helps my rule is add the parts prices up (at what they actually sell for not listed prices ) and then divide by 2. That’s the price of a full bike

Yes, agreed on the completed / sold prices as those have actually sold. Parts still up for sale and that haven't sold indicates the price is wrong.

Although dividing by two! Does not give me a good price for the bike

Looks like I'll be stripping it down this afternoon
