The Mantra sold a few months ago. I know because I bought it.
This was an object lesson in how not to sell a bike. As a previous poster said, the one poor picture didn't give much of a clue of the condition, but I thought I would have a look anyway as it wasn't too far away from me. Selling mistake no. 2 was to not clean the bike before a viewing. It looked very tired which made me think I was buying a restoration project that would need a complete respray and a lot of money spent so I offered accordingly, and got it.
When I got it home and gave it a thorough clean and polish, I realised I had bought a peach. There's barely a mark on the frame and it's clearly led a sheltered life. I've upgraded a few bits including the wheels and it's now one of my favourites. Having said that, as an old codger I find the riding position a bit stretched so I might be tempted with a swap if anyone's got anything interesting (either road or off road).
