Klein internal cable routing problems.

Find two small ferrets, now breed them only taking the smallest of the litter, breed the smallest and continue until you have bred a tiny ferret. Now tie the cable to the tiny ferret and release into your top tube and place some tiny ferret food at the other end. Instant success.

All of the above is too complicated.
Here's an easy way to do it.

Get yourself a MAGNET. By using it, you can feel (and hear too) where the cable end goes inside the frame. Then slowly guide the cable towards exit hole in the frame and guide the cable end out.

Works every time.

Echo?

Nd-Fe-B magnets are the best here. I hate frames with internal routing. It is so uncessary it is simpler to change the cable more often on externalaly routed cables.

Thanks for all of the suggestions folks.

I couldn't find a magnet strong enough that would tease the cable through the tube, but you will be pleased to hear that after two days of 'fiddling', I struck gold by using the cable/thread/vacuum method.
