Ive been looking at this...

And Ive realised that I still dont know the difference between this frame and say the Attitude. I know the Attitude had the larger headset/rigid forks and the Adroit had a pimper fuselage and bigger downtube etc.

Any "Klein know-it-alls" on here who could give a run down of the spec/merits of each Klein frameset?

As Klein specialist lol I can tell you there was also an additional composite ceramic sort like material in the Adroit's tubes.

Pretty much is explained @ Wundel's Klein site:

http://www.wundel.com/kleinsto1.htm

It is in German, but Babelfish really helps.

The Rascal had different geometry to the Attitude and Adroits' race angles.
The Adroit was different to the Attitude in that it had Boron fibre reinforcements in strategic locations such as the fork blades and down tube (think butting) Also the down tube was larger, the dropouts had drillings and i think it came with a Ti spindle.

I always fancied one in 'Rain forest' :D

attitudes were also available with ti axles. most obvious visible difference in the early attitudes to adriots were the holes in the dropouts in the adriot.

you want a rare klein? you want a klein agile ;)

Karma

The Karma was around in first year after the Trek takeover. Chehalis built (Klein factory) It never worked very well. A poor mans Mantra but without the looks, oil damping but with a signifiicant weight gain.

The Karma's were awful. Thankfully there aren't many about. I've had the Adept(gf sugar) and now own a Palomino(Maverick). Both aren't a patch on the proper early kleins, just posh Treks. The do ride well though

Also remember there was neat hybrid/cross bike called 'Adept' in the early nineties.
