i just don't get it. why do people build up bikes with new XTR components when they don't ride it?!?! same thing with the black 1991 attitude last week...
and btw. orange and blue anno just doesn't match.

This one again! Please, someone buy it and get rid of that bloody awful 'reeces cups' paint job, almost as bad as the 'smarties' Funk I owned in the mid nineties - hand painted smarties all over the thing and in chocolate brown to boot!

gee, this bike is UGLY!!
the guy repainted it must have been on dope or something cause this should never ever happen to an attitude from that time era!!
To get it in an original color scheme would be an expensive project?

Woeha, seen it pasing by before on teh Ebay a few months ago. If I remember correctly it was painted as some of a kind of demo-bike.

Only thing good/nice about this one is it Size

Actually, that one, over the last two years, was up for sale 4-5 times. If I remember right, $350 is the most it went for, though possibly less and several times it either didn't get a bid or reach reserve. I would be very surprised if the owner got the kind of money they are asking, but odder things have happened (et al, $460 for Mavic 231's).
