Klein Adroit 95 budget build, finished p15

Honestly, I like them myself. Not sure how well they will perform though? My son has a set of prototype HOs made by Boulder bikes on one of his rides. They work, but only just. I’m not planning on using them hard so hope I’ll get away with it 🤞.

Only the pedals to swap once they arrive, and the front brake to finish. Then I’ll post a build list and a few finished pictures. After that all I’m looking for is a decent day so I can get out for a shakedown ride 😁. This is Scotland though, so I might have to wait a while 😂.

Indecent is fun. JUst sayin...

Indecent is fun, but the cleaning afterwards is a chore! I’ve got a good 7 mile circuit with a mixture of surfaces, climbs and descents. My bikes are usually pretty well sorted after that. I’d at least like one ride without having to strip bits off to clean them again. I seem to spend more time cleaning bikes than riding them! 😔

Excuses, kind sir! Excuses. Don't be a dentist brother, get those cavities drenched in mud! And if it's not conveying probably, I will attempt with a different linguistic approach

Am telling ye noo that if yer no gonnae gae oot there an' git the beast aw drenched wi filth an' crud am gonnae be muckle disappointed wi ye. Nae washing, jist embrace o' the earthy guidness.

Many thanks to @Canuckbiker the Onza parts arrived today. Super fast post all the way from Canada 😁. Looks like I’ll be finishing the front brake tonight. Standby for a pictures.
@Imlach thats funny! Are you part Scottish? Or just wish you were? Like everyone else 😂. No need to worry, I’ll get the Klein dirty. Just not on the first ride. It will just be finished! I don’t want to start taking it apart again. At least not for a little while. I need to focus my time on the other bikes I’m planning on selling.

Sometimes I'm amazed at the speed of which stuff can arrive from NA.. while getting something from the UK takes yonks.

Excited to see the pictures.

Part Scottish, no, just interested in linguistics. Many of my mates are Scottish and Irish, so I have always had a natural connection. West Coast Jutes here have strong links to areas in the Northeast of England and Scotland as well, due to fishing. One of the main proponents of the leid, and its recognition as a language, spent a long time studying Scandinavian languages and showing the connections between the two. It makes better sense to a Scandinavian than modern English does. So I use it to show a bit of solidarity :)

How much does a Klein actually weigh?
