Have a look on ebay from time to time. This Sunday a 2-Hole one sold for little money. I payed a fortune for my 3-Hole-version.

I found the one off my old Klein while sorting parts a few weeks ago. Bought the frame for DS, pulled the CS plate off that day and put a chain guide on it. With a mailer/envelope, postage, and tax (tax on tax?) it would cost me about $10 to get it to you.
