kirk precision gear hangers

Hi,
Are there any kirk users out there who have managed to replace damaged gear hangers. I have a revolution and a precision both of which need gear hangers
Has anyone worked out an alternative replacementn originals are impossible to find and I have had a quote of £80 for one to be made
It crossed my mind that others must have had the problem.
also is there anyone who could trace a hanger and email it to me? Even a close up photo would be useful.

A good bike shop(I know they are fast disappearing)should be able to look through thier stock of replaceable hangers and find something that will fit or can be made to fit.

Can do you a close up of a Revolution (My youngest daughters bike-unlike my other two she has gone for form over function )in a day or two,a Precision if you are stuck,but it is in the loft as this summer I am riding pre-war lightweights and I can't fit all my bikes in the Garage )

I haven't got a problem with the fitting, just one missing gear hanger and one broken one :cry:
